Postage and Packaging
All items are checked before dispatch and are carefully packed by our in-house logistics department. Your purchase is shipped directly to you as soon as we receive your cleared payment (working days).
We offer standard 7 to 28 day shipping worldwide as soon as we receive your cleared payment. It takes less time in countries where logistics and postal services work faster.
Faulty Product or Missing Parts
If goods arrive defective you have up to 7 days from date of receipt to request an exchange. The item must be returned to us in its original and unused condition and in its original box and packaging. In case of missing parts, please notify us the same day you receive the product.
We are happy to replace faulty goods. You agree to pay for the return shipping on exchanges and returns and we will reimburse this cost upon verification of a fault with our product. Product exchange is our normal policy, with refunds in exceptional cases.
We may require verification of address to be scanned and emailed to us before we can ship your parcel. This is done to protect the interests of ourselves and our customers.
